So I purchased the new New York Penn-Trenton route for PS4,yet it is not showing up in game and the in game store is not reflecting that I have purchased it,yet according to Sony and the Playstation Store I have. I have even attached here a screenshot of my purchase confirmation email. I also do have my game updated to the latest version. I have even gone as far as to Uninstaller and reinstall the game and select DLC to make sure I'm not at the Sony DLC space limit,and it still isn't showing. It's like there is a syncing issue between the in game store and the Playstation store. Please fix this with speed. It isn't good that newly purchased DLC cannot be played because of this.
Also just tried a fresh install of the game and made New York-Trenton the only DLC I reinstalled and it still won't show up in game. This needs to be addressed tonight or I'm going to be requesting a refund from Sony in the morning and reporting this issue to them. If you are going to have DLC content that you charge for then it needs to work 100% of the time. Why I have been waiting over 24 hours for a response to this issue is unacceptable.

However, if the PSN store doesn't recognise your purchase, this sounds like it would be beyond our control and reaching out to PlayStation Support may be the best option. Restoring licenses did resolve this thanks. Yeah my Playstation store's end did acknowledge my purchase.
