I'm puzzled by the required content for liveries and routes. I came a cross a weathered livery for the CSX SD40 and the required content is the Koln-Aachen, the London Underground Bakerloo Line, as well as the Sand Patch Grade. Is this a bug or do you really need a German and UK route to use a US livery?
Every SPG scenario I could find in Creators Club requires all those DLCs, which originally came with TSW2. Only one of them was different: it requires SPG and Cane Creek, but not BKL/SKA.
Yeah I think it is an issue when Creator's Club was ported from TSW2, because they were the core routes in TSW2 so everyone had them. Of course, now not everyone may have them so... hopefully a fix is planned!
