Okay, I just ran into a German signal I've never seen, can't find in the manual and whatever I'm doing it's wrong, because I get a complete PzB shutdown. It's a single flashing green. What it means I have no idea, and if I treat it like a green-yellow "prepare to slow," acknowledge and brake down to 85, I either (a) get zonked for "speeding" with no apparent change in the indicated limit, or (b) get the full emergency brake treatment. What's going on?
Not sure, but I think it means slow down to 60 km/u. (Or indicated speed at signal) So acknowledge and reduce to 55 km/u might do the trick.
This explains the German Ks Signalling - more info on the page http://www.sh1.org/eisenbahn/shks.htm When you get a Flashing Green it normally comes with a Speed indicator If the Speed Indicator is Below the signal you have to slow to that speed If the Speed indicator is Above the signal you should not be going faster that that speed past the signal There might be some useful info in this video Peter
