Not bad, would make more sense to break the qr city network into route groups, ie.

Ferny grove and airport to hellensvale and gold coast lines

shorncliffe and doomben to Cleveland line

Redcliffe and sunny coast to springfield and Ipswich/ rosewood lines

Would also like to see something like a 120/220 and 160/260

Possible rail tour layers if we also get a different route set in steam era could dd17, ac16, bb18 1/4, c 17 (not sure if all these ran in the era you want)

If this suggestion is set back to the late 90s early 2000s we could also get Beyer-Garratt,
This would also change what would be in the route
This could then consist of emu, smu 200, 200, imu 100, 110 (2001 onwards), 3900 class, various classic diesel locos, sx carriage

Also there was less lines back then It would of been a very different network

But at the end of day would love to see qr network with both passenger and freight services
