Has anybody else seen this. I was working a class 166 from Reading to Paddington. I’m not sure exactly where abouts. The speed was around 80mph. I noticed on the line ahead something that turned out to be a group of people standing in the four foot. This is the space between the rails. For a split second I had that overwhelming fear that a driver must get for real when he/she sees people on the track ahead of his train and knowing there is nothing that can be done about it. Perhaps, for the sake of someone playing this game with a week heart, Dovetail games could sort this glitch out.
It is poor when that happens. Might be worth putting an entry in the Support forum and submitting a Helpdesk ticket to report the issue. There’s no guarantee that the people at DTG who deal with this sort of thing read the general forums.
Hi OldVern, Thanks for the info. Being new to TSW2 I’m not sure how to put an entry into the support forum, nor how to submit a help desk ticket. Any advice towards that would be very welcome.
Go to here: https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/home (also found by clicking the 'support' button on the top right of the forums ) Then, click "New support ticket" and fill in the form (make sure for the game part, you select Train Sim World 2, not Train Sim World 2020). You can also post a thread in the Technical Reports forum, it's exactly the same process as posting a thread anywhere else, except it asks for your platform (where it says "no prefix").
