Question About How The Games Change....

Hi everyone, I've been playing TS2019 for the past week now and I'm loving it, I was just wondering what happens to the game and the progress you make when a new version comes out? I know 2019 will become 2020 but will I lose all of my DLC/progress? Thanks,

You will not lose any progress of what you have currently done, when they release the version.

 

Each year DTG release an update to the Core Program - later this year they will release TS2020 and everybody who owns TS2019 will get it upgraded without any loss of routes or content.

When TS2020 is released it will come with some routes and stock - you do not get these with the free upgrade but you can buy TS2020 if you wanted any of the routes or trains that come with it - most people wait for a Sale, like the current one, to pick up other items.

And because you purchase add-ons thru Steam you never lose them.
