Question About The Br193

I have often noticed that we have 193gers in two and I wanted to ask what the difference is because so far I have not even found an approach to what is different there, let alone other functions etc.

 

I'd rather love to ask what this massive blue arrow on the top left of the 2nd attachment is

 

Yes, I wanted to hide the name of the train association/forgive me, if the arrow irritates/The problem I take was I tested this on an existing train, because I was too lazy to create a new one at that moment.
