Regarding pop ups. Is there a way to disable the scenario pop ups that appear throughout the stages? I'm wondering if it's just something I've overlooked in the menu option perhaps? Problem is on one or two stages these scenario pop ups will appear on my screen whilst I'm in train driver view saying press X and even more annoyingly I like a lemming will accidentally press this thus exiting from and ending my current objective which is a tad frustrating. Seems like an unusual design choice to have these in the first place as you can select them all from the main menu anyway, anyway...any help would be appreciated
Not that I know of but yes it's very frustrating as I've also automatically pressed X to get rid of the notification or I'm doing something else. One time I walked up to the cab of the locomotive and the door was right at the point of a scenario pop up so instead of opening a door like I expected it took me to a scenario that I didn't want to do
Scenario markers can be hidden in the settings. This will not disable them, though. So if you walk into the a scenario marker space, the button can still be pressed. Some are placed directly outside the driver doors (such as in Glasgow on Cathcart), so you have to be very careful. What solution could be implemented? Press and hold the button for these tutorial and scenario markers (single press opens train doors), disable them altogether from the settings, place them in areas away from train doors or no longer put them in the game world. I never use them.
