1) It seems some of old DLC's are missing on TSW6 via Epic Store but they seem all available on Steam. Why? 2) Also it seems some of DLC's are still buggy on Epic however on Steam version not. Why? (Congrats you invent a new thing, slow clap..) 3)Why an any issue posted here escpecially, not replied by official DTG member(developer or support team)? 4)How competent DTG staff are. Don't have any testers, project manager(s)? Or you think don't need one(you should have, sorry you must have)? 5)If you don't care about the products which are bought via Epic and with TSW6 remove some off previous DLC(s)(If they'll never be available later) then why the hell you decide to release your product(s) on Epic Store or some other markets? offf!....
Hi feliusdrawn Have you read this thread yet? https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/epic-games-losing-most-dlc-update-not-anymore.93273/
Hello there, We have shared news regarding the Epic Games Situation on our official channels, make sure to follow those for the latest news. To quickly summarise, Add Ons on EGS are going to be released in multiple phases. The first batch was released alongside the game, containing 43 Add Ons. Then, on October 14th, a further 17 Add Ons were made available. We will share news regarding the remainder of the missing Add Ons very soon. Again, make sure to follow our official channels to be kept in the loop. Regarding any issues or bugs, please make sure to either post a detailed report on our forums in the Troubleshooting Section, or, better yet, raise a support ticket with our technical support team: https://support.dovetailgames.com/hc/en-us The more information you can share, the easier it is for us to help you. A detailed description, screenshots or video and the platform you are playing on are always crucial. All the best, Jan
1. every platform is different. Just because it is on pc does not mean they all run the exactly same 2. Again, every platform is different 3. It is unrealistic and impossible to expect a developer to be monitoring the forum 24/7 to answer every single thread that is created. Only a finite number of hours and they have other things to do 4. Not a constructive question 5. The tone is not good either
For rennekton my friend, 1-2) Epic, Steam they are market place not a platform. PC, Console etc. are platforms. So the product(s) are expected to work properly on your beloved pc when you buy the product via Epic Store or Steam. 3) If you wanna give support on your product according some issues then you should check that section periodically to be informed what are the possible problem(s) And then you try solve the problem as soon as possible in the mean time you should inform the customer if he/she asked about the progress. 4-5) ah!.. Ok let us look my first question "It seems some of old DLC's are missing on TSW6 via Epic Store but they seem all available on Steam. Why?" that's a very normal question, second one "Also it seems some of DLC's are still buggy on Epic however on Steam version not. Why?" Another normal one, third question "Why an any issue posted here escpecially, not replied by official DTG member?" normal again, 4th one i agree i showed a little bit anger in it on that one because for 18 years maybe from "Railworks" time most of issues are still there so my bad pff.. 5th one is also seemed normal to me but probably you stuck on "..why the hell.." phrase. Anyway game studios making their products and put them on market for a price then you buy from them with a price. So there is a Seller/Customer relation situation here. If the product is faulty then you should give a reaction... hmm well nevermind...
Thanks for the reply. I assume you are offically from DTG in some way. I wish i didn't need a little bit "anger" when i post on Troubleshooting section of the forum to get replied by any DTG member. But here we are. Yes i post some issues for some DLC(s) before and unfortunately they are not replied and solved either. So i gave up to do so. I hope you guys give more attention/priority to that section more in the the future. thank you.
