That's basically what the scenario planner is.

TS2021 takes a random loco and a random route from your existing content and pairs them with a season, weather and time of day in a game-generated quick drive which is different each time. So it is nothing like the scenario designer in TSW2, basically or otherwise.

That is if you choose to have the game randomly select. But in TS you have the option to pick the train you want to drive, season, weather, and starting point and destination. All things you can do in TSW2. Except in TSW2 you can choose what AI trains you want

I like the feature of the game picking a Random Quick Drive as in TS2021 (as I stated in the first post). I would like to see TSW2 do this, but I realize they can't do everything that everybody wants. I have little interest in the Scenario Designer and no interest in the Livery Designer, but I understand and accept other people's interest in those. Having a Random Quick Drive in TSW2 would, in my opinion, introduce an element of surprise that would be interesting.

A scenario isn't quick to set up, especially when you want to add some AI traffic. Scenario planner isn't a good replacement for Quick Drive.

Would really like to see this even if it was as simple as choosing a random service from a dlc that you own
