When I switching on DSD switch, and don't do anything with controls, I see attention on hud, but there is no sound signall from dsd, class 313 has the same problem.
I can't speak for the Class 37, but the Class 313 shouldn't have a vigilance device. It is not there in real life, but it is there in game. IRL, the Class 313 has a DSD (keep your foot on the pedal and never take it off) but this is modelled as vigilance in game (lift your foot off the pedal every minute). Unfortunately, they never fixed this bug since its release, so to get the authentic Class 313 experience we need to isolate the pedal.

So no vigilance? Does it have a similar issue as the Class 313? I know the Class 45 from Northern Transpennine has no Vigilance, but does have a (correctly modelled) DSD. So maybe the Class 37 (which looks similar) also has no vigilance.
I think you're right, rail group class 37 has the same issue with dsd as class 313. When I turn on dsd it also turns on dvd, but she has no dvd, as class 45, 47, and class 37 from tees valley line, so it's bug, that will never be fixed.
