Railcar View Distance

I have been playing TSW cajon pass and sherman hill routes and noticed that the view distance for railcars is very short, is there a way to make it so I can see railcars at a farther distance?

 

Set your setting for detail in distance to a higher level. Or if not working, the overall video settings to a higher one.
If you are on console it could be limited for performance.

 

my settings are all maxxed out so that isnt the issue, I appreciate the help though
