Hi folks, first of all I'm totally impressed regarding the ressources that exist around the PC Editor and TSW modding in general. For someone (with IT background nonetheless) new starting out or getting into "the scene" IMHO it's too much information at once ... so I took all my courage together and try to ask in the forums since I'm totally stuck since a week for my personal "small mod". Background I'm a huge fan of Roman72's RailDriver Remappings and use them since they first appeared. Of course I'm now used to how Throttle, E-Brake, Train-and Independend brake work in German locos. --- For those who might not know whats so great: Basicly the levers are "inverted" and behave correct then (pushing to full dynamic brake = maximum acceleration, putting lever to Vmax = maximum dynamic/e-brake, putting train brake to emergency = full release [...]) --- I tried reaching out to the mod creator for years on different platforms but never got an reply and I'm ok with that. Of course I can't ask if the creator plans to include for example a newly released loco and I'm doomed to wait, hope & pray. But since day1 I ask myself "how is a RailDriver Remapping-Mod like this done!?". What I want to do? With the release of the Expert 145 I said to myself: Try it out yourself to invert the levers for that loco. I'm not planning to release "my mod" since I want to learn How to change the RailDriver mapping for the Expert 145 to have the throttles behave like in roman72's mod and save that new behaviour into a pak-file? And here I am asking for guidance :-D Many thanks in advance!
