Well the West and Somerset railway would accept such a contraption. Now there will be two choices, one will have a small weak motor on it and one will be entirely moved by you pushing it using the leaver mechanism. I would like to suggest passanger and cargo services if the motor trolley is put togheter properly but you won't be going faster than 10-15 mph with a clunky engine along the way.
