I did a backup of the railworks in Steam. When I reinstall Railworks(TSC) from the back again will TSC work normaly on Steam?
Have you tried running the game since you have restored it from your backup! If nothing happens, then you will need to reinstall the game and then 'restore' backups. Backups isn't a full installation of the game itself.
