Below a list of my DLC. I would like to remove the DLC I never use. Can I disable (untick the box) the ones marked in bold without causing problems for the remaining game parts ? Yes, these long lists tend to trigger it. Maybe without the list item or something. A few months ago I created a summary thread for screenshot competitions, it didn't pass the moderators. The Academy is implicitly used in places. I don't recall specifics, but unless you need to minimise, worth keeping. In some cases it's explicitly stated like using the platform or the engine for a reskin, but I have some milk bottles in the most unexpected places sometimes, which makes me wonder. Technically those are mistakes, but some of them may be unnoticed due to the Academy being installed by default.
If you're only playing US stuff, your list is ok, but leave the Academy in there as John and Andras said.
Surprised you are taking out the Miami route. There are some heavy US Diesel scenarios use that route. I could possibly list them as I have a full database of all of the DLCs I own. Regards
It is only freeware routes and repaints that could be affected by unticking those you have highlighted Apart from the Academy, as other of mentioned, they are all stand alone products. I'm the opposite and I have most of the US DLC Unticked as I did not run it very much.

Spikee is right about the NY Division - Bergen Line as it uses a lot of the Munich-Augsburg scenic assets and wow is that route great scenically. It is one man's reconstruction of the area as it was approx 30 years ago when he was a boy. His father drove for Erie at the time and was Minerman's guide and critic to get it right. It took quite a few years to do it and the detail is fantastic AND it's free.
And I'm only hearing about this NY Division - Bergen Line now!!! Come on people keep me more up to date on these fantastic looking third party routes, it's really not good enough! It does look really good, gonna have to definitely get this later.
