Feature Ramdon Stay In Station

I wish to create a random stay in differents stations
Do you know it's possible ?

I think he is making a scenario in which the trains should have a different amount of time in which to load at stations, instead of the fixed 60 seconds we normally get.

 

I think I saw a thread on this the other day, and think the consensus was unfortunately not possible. This is a feature I'd like to also see implemented on dispatcher for AI trains.
