I noticed while driving a train I'm getting random lag in certain areas or stations. Anyone else getting this?
Yes the XB1 and XB1X will have this issue, even more so as they are older systems, even many PC players are reporting FPS spikes in some routes. Just do what you can with the game settings as best you can.
everything is lagging, from the game to their trailer of the route, did you saw that? on the video the train passing lagging....on the main damn trailer...its ridiculous!
I'm on PC and yes, certain areas have horrible framerate drops. It will go from stable 30 fps to a painful 15 fps. Seems to be foilage related I think, as it happens more outside Boston as you reach the rural areas. But not everywhere. Certain woody areas will still be fine at around 25 fps, then certain parts just become unplayable. I wonder if there is some unoptimized foliage asset that kills performance, like that one grass we used to have on Sherman Hill? Something that is only used in the mix at certain locations?
