PC Rapid Transit 1442 Traction Locked

Restored a save game with the train at a station (third Journey scenario). I can release the brakes but the throttle remains locked.

Pan is up and MCB is in. Master switch is on and in forward direction. The 1442 does not have a brake key, that I can see. All the doors are closed and secure.

Is it a bug or am I missing something?

 

Is the parking brake released? Sometimes you have to reclose the mcb and raise pantograph again.

 

I just re-ran the scenario and all worked okay so seems to be a residual save game bug.
