I’ve just booted up TSW2 with the intent of having a go at Rapid Transit. However, it is not showing on the list of available routes. I own the route, having purchased it with the original TSW release. It is showing as installed on the Xbox “manage app” screen. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it showed as installing (and the installed box was ticked on the manage apps screen) but it is still nor showing up on my list of routes.

    It is present on TSW2020.

    Can anyone please help?

When you got it with the original TSW was that a digital or disk copy?
There are several licensing patterns which require people to contact support to get the TSW2 license so I would try that path first

Digital copy from Xbox store. It should move across automatically and, as I say, it says it is installed on the Xbox screen. Other routes from old versions (TSW and TSW2020 which I bought separately for the additional routes) have transferred across successfully, except NEC of course.

First step for me would be to uninstall the DLC and then reinstall it, if not, go to support

Thank You. I have tried the above but to no avail. I’ll raise a ticket.

Well, here’s something weird. I discovered RT wasn’t showing in TSW2020 either despite being installed. I uninstalled it and went back into TSW2 and lo and behold, it is now showing in my routes list. So it seems that if you have it installed on both, it doesn’t show on either but if you uninstall it on one, it is playable on the other.

This is the only route that I own where this happens. Others show up on both versions.

TBH, I only have TSW2020 installed to pick up a few achievements I missed first time around in order to get my 50 reward points a day so I probably won’t bother with a ticket. They’ve got lots of other things to fix that are more important.

Looks like you experienced the DLC conflict issue (Xbox only). Opening TSW2020 seems to associate TSW2 preserved collection versions. Content appears uninstalled in one game but should re-appear by force quitting and opening it again. Restarting may further help. If you are done with an add-on in TSW2020 you can uninstall it from that game which I think should stop the issue.

As someone that likes to unlock Game Pass quests (unlocking achievements in TSW2020), I have to go through this ordeal regularly with the DLC disappearing. :|

Same for me, unfortunately - since moving over to TSW2 I've jumped back into TSW2020 a couple of times to play the NEC route but it's played havoc with the DLC on TSW2, requiring a lot of reinstallation to get things back how they should be. Because of this I'll probably never go back to NEC again which is a shame as I enjoyed that route.
