Whenever I press the editing tools button on rapid transit the livery designer functions normally, however the scenario planner is grayed out and cannot be accessed. This means I cannot play RT scenarios from Creators Club or create scenarios for RT. Also the BR 1442 only has the three cars enpty formation in scenario planner on other routes even with off the rails, i think those two issues are related to each other.
Same for me with Livery Designer, it says that i've reached the max liveries limit, while i have like 80/300 (that makes the Copy button grayed out tho)
