Steam Rapid Transit To Dark

I dont have any mods installed and the game is so dark at 11am.
Can somebody help me?

 

Did you use any engine ini or GameUserSettings ini or Game ini other than the Vanilla/default?
If so delete after backing up, the game will create the ini files.
