I suspect we'll have this issue with GWE and NTP too.. As always DTG, keep up the great work.
Update for those of you who don't own Collectors Edition discs, we are looking to find a long term fix so that your entitlement is recognised in the future and won't require going to customer support.
For now please can you contact customer support and submit a ticket to redeem a code for RT, I will be updating the disc owners information in the forum.

I have now submitted for a ticket twice Thursday and now today fingers are crossed for Rapid transit

I want my money back which I gave for something I have and which I should not have paid and point, I am not interested in their problems! If they know how to take people’s money then at least they should respond with a few words! This is rude to say the least, as always so far! It can also be a code for a new route since the same price was paid!
DTG Natster no need to find a fix, there is this solution in the PSN.
What about the BR182, is there going to be a fix soon so we can use it in the scenario planer?
Shouldn't this all being sorted out before you guys released rapid transit I mean someone at dovetail games head to know that rapid transit was released on physical discs like come on?
Agree Dovetail probably forgot that they released three disc versions for TWS (TSW, TSW collection and TSW2020)
how about an update for collectors edition,we dont have any routes yet and will you be looking for a long term fix for us so we dont need to submit a ticket everytime?
To be true for RT and GWE the problem is for three discs TSW and TSW collection and TSW 2020

guess what im asking is why all of a sudden are you reluctant to give us codes that you were happy to give with the first 2 phases.
I believe you were given a response from customer support already regarding the delay on codes for RT, there is no reluctance to give you them we are simply waiting on Sony, which is understandably frustrating by now.
This delay will likely also apply to non collectors edition too, however now there is clarity as to who they should contact to redeem their content.

There is no fix for disc owners. Only digital copy holders.
how can i submit a ticket when that stupid kelco thing wont let me ive tried about 4 times. i have rapid transit on 2018 disc

djkaijones Chances are if you haven't received a response yet they just haven't got around to you yet, no harm in sending another one however it might be unnecessary.
I’ve sent 3 on different days but not one has been read or replied to,I’ve even sent pictures for proof of TSW disc version,what’s the point in sending a tech support if after 5 days they don’t get looked at
Because they don’t care as they never test anything before releasing that’s why I regret spending 250€ in TSW and all the DLCs
If it makes you all feel better, a number of the Talent 2 services are missing pantographs, and then unable to move.
So you're only missing out on the usual TSW 2 bugs. Stick with TSW 2020, it mostly works.

All disc user were asked by DTG natster to contact support to get a code from them. As its 9.32 pm uk time, i wouldnt expect a reply back tonight
Hehee, chill out, there were two options on store and one of them was free. Why did you pay for it?
I got a response from customer support this morning they sent me a code for rapid transit so I ended up getting it for free but if I was dtg I would have some sort of system set up for when gwr comes out so we don't all have to go through this again
Because there was no free version, and I have had it from the beginning and I thought I should buy it so that everything would work properly, so it was written in the description, but fck, never mind, I had to buy Zusi 3 on PC and never again at no cost whatever new you put into the game! It's late now....
And there should be no payment options if I have already downloaded free!

im not bothered about rapid transit all i want is my engine back the tarus which when i downloaded it went on to rapid transit. dtg you can have my rapid transit i dont care any more

I've now submitted for a ticket 4 times and well keep submitting intill I get a code.
The only thing that really bothers me is if users are ignored or not responded to tickets and the like. Yet they live off the player, from our game purchases and add-ons. That's all from me, we'll see what happens!
To the Community Manager,why is it taking so long for support to get back to me I’ve sent 3 tickets
Thursday,Friday and Monday..none have been looked at...I’m not sending another as it looks like they can’t even be bothered to look at them let alone reply
I have it all, I bought everything they made for the ps4 version of TSW, TSW 2020 and TSW 2.
Thanks as of 09.45 still no response so I'll just let them get round to me instead of giving them another ticket as theres alot it seems thanks for the reply
I've done it four times and I've had no replays only the automatic reply this is get silly now I did the first one on Thursday then on Monday and two today
There are currently a lot of people submitting tickets, the wait for a response is understandably frustrating but they will get back to you, please just remain patient. Sending multiple tickets is unlikely to get you a reply any faster.
Blimey, everyone needs to chill their beans! It's only been out barely a week, Poor Nat is hardly settled into her new job and you're giving her grief like it's the end of the world! I don't know if you've noticed but we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, not everyone is a work and are working from home under very difficult circumstances...Rome wasn't built in day!
If this was the first issue then I'd agree, however this is the third time in two months that they've somehow managed to botch a release. It's not surprising that people are getting annoyed.
I'm also pretty sure that the government advice is to return to offices where possible, so that excuse doesn't really fly any more.
It is getting annoying but as a lot of people are saying and reporting that RT and the BR182 has a lot of problems DTG can take there time so we get it release it may be bugles
