My 2800+ consists names have over time have become a bit of a mess to manage, so I spent most of Easter reformating the names into a structure that I require for QD AI set up. WC (so I know they are my names) My UK Region (so I know what route they are assign too GWR / MML / WCML / ECML / NORTH / EAST . OTHER) AI REALWORLD YEAR ERA (Old for 1989 or Modern for 2020) AI YEAR IN TSC (I try to use years such as 2089 for my routes to avoid any exsiting AI) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Such as Class, Livery, Coaching stock etc) AI GROUP IN TSC (Such as Passenger Fast / Commuter etc) So I have ended up with a consists names as example: WC ECML 1989 (2079) HST IC Swallow 7 coaches Passenger Fast Having woken up this morning, feeling quite please with my efforts over the weekend, I suddenly thought will they all revert back if any of the following occur? a) Steam File Verification b) AP Update (or and other DLC provider) Has anyone have any experience of consists names being deleted ro reverting back to the original name?
I don't know if they consists would revert but you could end up with duplicates. You could try installing a DLC pack from a third provider and see if any change
