Readville Crash Issue Solved!

I figured out the issue of crashes at Readville. I removed all stored liveries via the livery manager. This fixed the problem.

 

Interesting. That could explain why a clean install, including cleaning up the My Games settings folder solved the crash for me. The question is, why does having custom liveries crash this specific route, and no other.

I have zero custom liveries installed and have experienced zero crashes since the core update, so I am inclined to agree that your hypothesis is correct.

I think it's because the liveries I had were from the 4.23 version.

 

I've got around 60-70 custom liveries installed (All from before the update) and not had any crashes. My custom liveries are also appearing in the route OK too. (Freight stock randomly placed in yards by the game)

 

I second this. Custom liveries on freight cars and Readville is fine.

 

That's odd.

 

The only thing I could think was that you had some liveries installed that used the logo pack which was only updated yesterday I think? I disabled all my liveries that used the logo pack till it was updated then re-enabled them. I think it was only around 3 or 4 that used the logo pack that I had got installed at the time though.

This could possibly cause the game to crash when it tried to spawn in a livery using the logo patch if it had not been updated for v4.26.
