To me, having to login again usually happens if I don't play for more than 1 or 2 days. If I keep playing daily, it usually keeps me signed in. But if I miss at least a day, it sings me out.

 

Happens every time there is either a TSW update OR a Steam update. Apparently either one flushes the cache.

 

Everytime I switch from TSW2 to TS1 I have to log in again, seems like DTG Live cant handle log ins from 2 different games at the same time.

 

It didn't happen to me today after the update, I was able to get in without having to sign back into Dovetail Live.

 

Same here. Funnily enough, if I start the game more than twice on one day, I also need to log in again...

 

Sorry for not using the template, but the last few days I had to login every time. There was no update or anything else on Xbox. Before that it looked to me had only to login after updates.

After the core update today at noon, everything was OK, but after I just downloaded a small update for the 187, I have to log in again.

Just had to log into Live on TS on the laptop, after last playing TSW on the main PC yesterday evening.
Wouldn't be so bad if it remembered your details otherwise it's tedious.

 

It always happens a day after a new news article is available.

 

Well now then, having finished with TS on the laptop and just gone upstairs on the main PC, I have been prompted to sign into TSW2. So it seems Dovetail Live either does not like you being logged into TS and TSW2 at the same time, or it does not like you being logged in from more than one machine at the same time.

 

Each morning at 9am for the last 3 days.

Xbox One X and Xbox Series X

I had an issue with this between Xbox One X and Xbox Series X (synced save). Going to Series X wiped out all my unlocked overlays and reset all challenges. It said I was signed out of Dovetail Live at the startup of the Series X game (prompting to login, which I skipped on). The game indicated I was logged in anyway as I could check my unlocked challenges.

When I went back on Xbox One X, it also wiped them out there. So I went to the game settings and pressed Y to logout of Dovetail Live. It said the Dovetail Live data will now be removed from your save, which I confirmed on. Then I quit the game, opened it back up (same console) and it signed me back into Dovetail Live without needing to do anything (even though this data was supposedly deleted). All my progress restored back (challenges and overlays) to Xbox One X.

Updated yesterday 24/11/21 and I didn't have to sign in then

 

Too many times to mention. Bit annoying on controller. Incidentally, anyone constantly getting cookie settings warnings when using the forums? Also a bit annoying

 

Seems to be everytime I load the game up, 4 times in the last 2 days.

 

I too am going to give up posting each instance after this post. Today was the same, first time loading game in 5 days. No Windows updates. Was a Steam and TSW2 update, though.

This is getting beyond a joke because masteries aren't even tracking. Think it's about time DTG just gave up and got rid of them because they're never going to get them to work!
