What does the red triangle logo in these circles mean?
And... Why is it only on select liveries?

No need to worry. If you already got the right dlc or dlcs to use the livery or scenario, you'll be able to use it just fine. I get them too but I've already purchased almost all the dlc except a few loco ones and I can still use those liveries when I subscribe

I'm not so much worried as I am curious. What do they actually mean?

It's a store icon i believe but you can't really interact with it. You just need to care about the required content when you click on the livery or scenario to be able to run it.

It means you need to purchase something to get the scenario to work. but the logo doesn’t always appear at the right time, it’s especially error prone on ps5 where dlc are unrecognised with the 64G limit- turns up all over the place without meaning. As said earlier, ignore it and check you’ve got the dlc by hand.
