Xbox Red Signal At London Paddington Down The Line Scenario Gwr

I'm playing on Xbox one s and can't start scenario down the line on GWR as I'm held at a red signal at departure time platform 14 there is NO services in front of me so this glitch needs to be addressed that's on all 3 services on scenario down the line
