This is a BIG problem for me and I must get it solved. Three times on the North Eastern US line I have come to a red light which never changes. The last time I gave it two hours to see what would happen. Four train sets on the line next to me going in the same direction were banked up as well with no reason for them to be stopped that I could see. Am I doing something wrong? More action from me? Any help will be a big help.

Which North Eastern line, as there are several? Harlem in particular has known bugs with AI trains simply refusing to move even without reloading a saved game. Whether DTG choose to fix it is another matter as it looks to have gone in the dumpster along with all the other routes and core issues needing fixes.
Same thing happened to me, But I only gave it 20 minutes and then gave up it was on a German route, a scenario from the CC so I was thinking maybe it's not the base game
