Is it possible to refund the WCML South only even you bought Deluxe version? Max 15-20 FPS is not acceptable. I am thinking if you want to refund the Deluxe version they will also delete the routes you already have/own like Norddeutschebahn and Clinchfield Railroad?
If I'm not mistaken buying the game will still display each included add-on individually so you should be able to go to the "help" section of Steam and request a refund there, just like any other add-on you'd buy. And I agree, 15-20 FPS is definitely not acceptable
You were right. it is only showing the "new" dlc and not the ones I bought earlier. So hopefully it will work. But I liked Fife Circle Line: Edinburgh - Dunfermline Route Add-On but then I have to buy it separate I guess or wait until WCML South is fixed. Most of my other routes have 100+ FPS. Using GTX 1080 8GB.
People still quoting machine specs as if that's the limitation... the limitation is the optimisation of the game and that it uses a ten year old engine. Upgrade your graphics all you want but all that will happen is the percentage used will drop.
The Deluxe version without WCML South is the Normal TS2021 version So you could buy that for £24.99 which is the same price as the Fife Circle by itself
