Steam Regarding The Issue With The Br101 Expert Mfd

As shown in Figure 1, in almost all DLCs, I can only generate this type of BR101 equipped with an ETCS electronic screen. However, when I select the BR101 MFD in the Rapid Transit Timetable downloaded from TSC, the version generated is as shown in Figure 2. Does anyone know how to generate the second version under any circumstances?
