Does anyone remember that in one of the previous TSWs, I don't remember which one, you could press and hold L3 on the Playstation to teleport back to the cab of your train? Is this a false memory or was it really a feature and if so, why was it removed?
something like that still exists, probably the keybinds on the controllers have just been removed for this. it works with a keyboard however, pressing Ctrl + 0 teleports you into the last cab seat you sat in.
I never remember the controller binds working properly for it, I always used the keyboard shortcut for it on XBox.
I remember that there definitely was a function on Playstation as i used it in some occasions. Maybe it was removed when the different controller layout was released?
