Removed due to DTG not being able to sort their screen resolution settings in Borderless out, the workaround previously written here no longer works.. Cheers DTG.
Side topic: Noticed that DSR resolutions don't appear when the game is in fullscreen, yet do when in borderless. How does one fix this?
