Just moving parts of a post to it's own thread here Bug was also encountered by another user. This was on PC and here's the part: These artefacts are simply the screens in the loco being reflected onto the window.
This is also present on XSX. It's the MFD's reflection, if you turn the screen off the reflection will dim, if you zoom in so the MFD is not in view the reflection will disappear (screen space reflection). It will only show up buggy like this on that part of the windshield, if it appears higher it looks like how it should(?) look like.
