Xbox Series X Reset Simulation Physics Disallows Use Of Safety Systems On Azuma

Just done 1N80 in the Azuma on ECML. Got a TPWS overspeed outside Doncaster.

Train wouldn't move despite me resetting it So I reset the simulation physics which worked. Then I enabled the safety systems.

The problem is that by resetting the simulation physics through the option in the pause menu, it disallows use of safety systems in any capacity.

Why? I want to reset the physics, not completely disable the use of safety systems.
