Reskin Problems

    Hello, I have just finished my first reskin of a locomotive. I have very little experience, obviously, so I'm amazed I got to the "end" part at all.

    That being said, for some reason my "reskinned" locomotive looks no different than the original locomotive it was based on.

    I altered the .bin file and the .TgPcDx files as I needed, and the engine does show up under a new name in TS2022, but it just looks like the new "skin" didn't take hold...

    I could try to provide any other necessary info if needed, but... what did I do wrong?

    Unless you tell us the steps you went thru in order it is difficult to know what went wrong.
    Sound like the amended TgPcDx file was not reimported with RSBin tool.

    In many texture files there is a nm and an nmc texture they need to be the same. Easiest way is to copy the nm and save as nmc.
