[resolved] Can‘t Upload Screenshots To Dtg Live Anymore

    Hello people

    Since yesterday I can’t upload pictures from TSW to my DTG Live Account anymore. Everytime I try it says there was an Error. I don’t know why but I already tried some things that may would‘ve fixed the Issue. Unfortunately nothing seems to help.

    I tried:
    - Logging out, closing the game, restart and Logging back in
    - restarting my PS5
    - deleting a few pictures from my Dovetail Games Live Account
    - deleting a few of my Creations in the CC

    As I said nothing seems to help. Is there any other way or do some of y‘all experienced thr same thing?

    I‘d love to know and to get help - thanks already!

    UPDATE

    I just logged in to my old Dovetail Games account to try and see if this issue would appear with another account - Plot Twist: It does.

    Hi adrixdx#7940 ,

    Could you try deleting some of the photos you have saved in Train Sim World 4 on your console, please? If your local cache gets too big, you may experience issues. The amount of photos you have uploaded is unlimited, but there are limits to how big files can be on your console.

    Also, it would be useful to know exactly how many Railfan Shots you have saved on your console.

    619 Railfan Shots in your TSW 4 Photo Gallery is probably too many. If you've uploaded these photos and have a copy safe, could you try deleting more, please?

    That's great to hear adrixdx#7940 , do you have any idea how many photos you had stored when it started working again?

    Closing this thread, as the issue has been resolved, but please be assured that we will continue to work with the DTL to better communicate any potential storage limits.
