Xbox Series X [resolved] Deluxe Edition Not "owned"

I bought the deluxe edition of TSW5 and now it's saying I have to buy the game again and I can't get my recent routes on TSW4 to Transfer over

 

Me too. I bought the Deluxe edition in the pre sale (already had TSW 4). I deleted it thinking I could download the Deluxe version again, but Microsoft Store is trying to get me to buy the deluxe version again. The store is saying I am only eligible to download the free starter pack.

 

Seems that there is an issue on the Microsoft Store between the presale version of the Deluxe version of TSW 5 and the one that has gone on sale today. I tried delete my pre sale version to see if I could force the "proper" version to download but it asks you to pay again.

Semi work round to at least get your deluxe version back is to go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing. Select Order history to view your purchases and scroll down to the version you "pre bought" and you can redownload.

Prob is that the presale people seem to have a odd mix of the free training centre and new routes which is probably why the legacy routes aren't working.

 

I bought deluxe edition about a week ago, now it says upon the TSW 5 release that I do not own said version and my home icon for TSW 5 is still the free starter pack

 

First day installation is a bit hit and miss.

I've been able to locate content in the Xbox Store but my ownership rights on a significant number of DLC isn't recognised. Thought I'd wait until Free Starter Pack was installed and see if I could manage my Add-ons from there? Still missing ownership on about 10 DLC, but it's showing I own Scotrail Express which I've never bought. So I suppose silver lining is I can play the NEW TSW5 routes and most of German content I own that will layer into Frankfurt is available, and I possibly get to play an unexpected new route.

Same, I own all previous add ons to date on Xbox and a number of them it says that I don’t have ownership on some of them
