PS5 [resolved] Dlc’s Not Showing In Game.

PS5 version installed, app size currently 282.7GB

Up to now I’ve tried manually installing from the PS Store, then from ‘manage game content’ menu & now deleting & re-installing everything. I have then gone through the in game store to download from there, but to no avail. I have also downloaded all TSW4 add ons since some of those are actually TSW 5 add ons (Goblin Line being an example).

Routes that show as installed (PS5 version), but don’t show in game are;

DCZ / E2G / ECML / ECW / Glossop / GWE / Harlem / SEHS / Semmeringbahn / SKA / SOS / TVL / VBRG / WCL & WSR.

There are also a number of loco/gameplay pack addons that aren’t showing, but it’s difficult to narrow that down as an issue, since they will be dependent on missing routes.

 

They properly forgot to incorporate the Addon Manager into the game, or there is a fault in that. Own all DLC PS5 and same issue you mention. I’m going to go and play other games while this mess is sorted. I’m done.

 

Update: After a clean install to a second SSD & Restoring licenses, still nothing. So then I installed literally everything other than TSW3 content from the content management menu, restored licenses again & now it seems to all be showing.

 

I seem to have had a lot easier time than some of you. I first removed TSW4 as I don’t have space for both. Then all I did was install the free edition. As soon as I selected the PS5 option it asked if I wanted to install all my DLC. So I just selected all 83 and it worked fine. Everything is appearing in game as it should and I haven’t noticed anything missing. I’ve played a few of the routes and all locos seem to be appearing where they should.

I do have the problem that it’s showing some of them as TSW4 dlc when you select the manage option (needed to delete a couple of routes for space reasons), but everything seems to work as it should within the game.

They do need to find a better way to do this. Next year there will be even more DLC and more potential for problems.

 

Honestly it’s drained my energy to discuss it anymore. It’s just a woeful system.

 

Yesterday I was playing the new Frankfurt route. Today i can´t play it anymore as it is not there anymore... same with Dresden. How is that even possible??

 

Did a database rebuild on my PlayStation and the issue was resolved.
