[resolved] Is There Any Way To Transfer Dlcs Between Steam And Xbox

is there any way to get the tsw3 steam version dlc routes transfered to tsw4 on microsoft store/xbox app on pc? i have a bunch of tsw3 routes on the steam version of tsw3 and tsw4 is on sale for really cheap on the microsoft store/xbox app on pc. i cant be asked to buy all my routes again that i have for like 100 euros. i think i've read something about transfering the dlc files from tsw3 to tsw4 a while back but idk if that works.
