    Hi i have purchaced the medway valley line on Xbox Series x but its not downloading and when i search the x box store i cannot find it to download but if i go to the store from the link on your website it takes me to the page in the store and confirms purchace but still cannot download it. Help

    Hi cliffc#4378 ,

    Have you tried downloading it from your purchase history?
    1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
    3. Select Order history to view your purchases.
