Xbox One [resolved - Not A Bug] Class 313 Emu Not Working On Xbox

I have tried to rest my game and reset my xbox, I've even tries uninstalling and reinstalling but it won't work for some reason and I can't use it in game or anything. It says it's owned and downloaded but it won't work.

 

Do you have the East Coastway DLC Installed? It has to be installed for the Class 313 to show up.

 

I have locomotive DLCs without the routes like the F7

 

Check the description on the Xbox store. The very first line says:

Please note: Train Sim World 2: East Coastway is required, as a separate purchase, in order to utilise the content featured in this add-on.

 

It said that for the F7 and BNSF SD70ACe but I bought it and it still worked perfectly fine

 

For older addons like the class 313 its required to have that route installed. Please read the text by addons carefully

You can’t play the 313 without East Coastway installed.

 

Also side question but why can't I livery edit the Canadian locomotives?

 

They are not implemented in the livery options due to the age of this route. Its not that all locos without any changes are fit to use in the livery editor. DTG has make the discussion not to update the whole loco to make it Connected with the livery editor. Older DLCs has not all the futures like livery editor support.

 

So they are currently and will never be part of the livery editor?

 

At the moment no! If there are plans they will communicate via the roadmap or update changelog
