I was playing the scenario (Intl Rescue) and it happened that when I stopped before coupling with the stranded train, when the signaler give me the permission to move, I applied power but nothing happened.
I tried saving, exiting to the main menu, and then choose Resume, I got loaded into the game where I left off, and the train moved normally, Then after coupling and changing ends, on the way back, I stopped at a red signal, and when trying moving again, nothing happens.
I tried manually shutting down the train and then turning back on (by using the taking over steps) but it didnt work, also tried the in-game "I'm stuck" feature, but also didn't work
P.S: sometimes after using "I'm stuck" feature the Brake Handle on the OBB, isn't interactive. so I can't put it in, when hovering with the cursor it doesn't show the "Insert brake handle" command, and it's not clickable.

I encountered the same issue running the Die Grosse Tour scenario.

I encountered it again with the Vectro, so I don't think it's an OBB issue, but I solved it in the Vectro by closing the circuit breaker
I don't know how it got open, but the throttler was not responding suddenly, however after setting the main circuit breaker to close, it became responsive again.

Thanks for that suggestion. In the OBB Die Grosse Tour scenario I paid close attention to when the lockout box on the HUD turned red. I was coasting with the master controller at 0. The train was about 3.5km from the first stop moving at 80km/h and with no changes of the controls, the lockout box on the HUD turned red. I brought the train to a stop and with your suggestion, reset the main circuit breaker and that solved the problem. I believe this is a bug? Anyhow, thanks for your solution to get moving again.

wow, I am very happy that I helped. I am a noob at the game and not an expert by any means in trains, but I guess my suggestion just worked.
and yes if the main circuit breaker opens on its own I guess it is a bug.

Probably not a bug but you were passing a neutral section. The MCB needs to be opened by the driver before it and closed again by the driver after it. If you do not open the MCB manually it trips automatically as soon as the voltage drops at the neutral section.

That appears to be exactly what happened. Thanks for the explanation. First time for me on this route and a very beautiful one too!
