    Anyone else having trouble getting in the store via the game I go into it and just get a blurred screen with a spinning circle of dots

    The in-game store is awful, just go direct to the Microsoft store.

    or Steam if on PC, check with is better price-wise.

    Same here, the in-game store is broken since 7th of November. Blurred page, neverending spinner. I can navigate the top level sections in the store, but the result is the same in all sections: a blurred page and a neverending spinner.

    The Creators Club seems to work but takes longer to load than usual.

    Version 1.1.1269.0 (latest available on XBOX).

    Hi all, apologies for the in-game store issues. The team is aware, and an update went out to Steam users this morning to address the problem. We are hoping to deliver the same update to the other platforms by the end of the week, but may get pushed into the next.

    In the meantime, you can access all the same content by going directly to your platform's storefront.

    Same on ps5 nothing works in store, how they making one thing broken the other its absolutly ridiculous...

    Is there an issue at the moment with the online store within the game? All I’m getting is a spinning circle in middle of screen.

    Yes I've got this problem on PS4 pro.
    The loading circle is stuck, and the contents DLC etc are blurry.You can select the routes etc, but it's very hard to see what is highlighted.

    I've had the class 31 for a couple of years, but it says I need Brighton east coast way to use it!

    I see the in game store is still broken and Creators Club takes forever to load.

    Same issue for me. This happens on the Microsoft store PC version as well.

    no tsw5 store, why?

    Hi all, just to update, we are hoping to deliver the in-game store fix with Thursday's update. In the meantime, please continue to use your platform's native store front (e.g. Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store) for purchases. For downloads, please use the recommended instructions found on the knowledge base: https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/en/support/home

    Last time I checked the store via TSW5, it was working again.
