PS5 [resolved] Red Signal Doesn't Change On International Rescue Journey

I've launched a ticket, but FYI.:

Add-on: S-Bahn Vorarberg
Journey: International Rescue
Train: ÖBB 4024

Red signal doesn't change at certain point, signaller doesn't let me through.

 

If I go forward PZB shuts me down real fast.

 

The train in the distance in the screenshot, does it ever move, if it does not then this is more of an issue, the red light Bug is back.
My daughter made a video on this to assist someone else on Steam and she completed the scenario, but that was several months ago.

 

Sadly the train in the distance never moves, not even after minutes.

 

okay, then it is the Red Light Bug when an AI train will not move, that is a sign that it could be the Red Light Bug.

 

It's definitely the red light bug, because this Scenario worked perfectly at release and could be completed without any problems. As usual, some patch has broken something and I am very curious how many months or even years we will have to wait until DTG takes care of it. (PC, Steam)

 

Yuppers, that sure was working when my daughter made this and that is a good question.

 

I just got to the same red light bug and was about to submit a ticket when I saw this thread. Does anyone know if this is happening on PC or Xbox?

 

I don't have any Vorarlberg DLC except for the Vectron, and I can confirm that this bug exists. I don't think free roam tools are an option either, because we are in a scenario.

it has been reported on all platforms here and on Steam.

 

This Red light Bug was an Issue back in 2023, 26 DEC, 2023, I put this screenshot together or {RE 87 (23390) Wertheim to Aschaffenburg Hbf}. I have not attempted to revisit this route, but now the question is this still an issue here also?

 

DTG-Chris, I am also having this problem and have submitted a ticket. Here's hoping for a quick fix!

 

Yup, also can't complete this scenario due to an AI train stuck at the Riedenburg platform. What's worse, completing this scenario awards a trophy, so that achievement is unobtainable now! Please please fix as soon as possible, and not just for the TSW5 version, but for the TSW4!! It's getting old having missing trophies due to bugs once again.

Edit: after looking at the timestamps for this achievement, it appears that the June 24th update broke this scenario.

 

Same issue with me on PS4, I am pretty new to this, where can I log a ticket for this (tok eep the pressure on a resolution)

 

Same isssue with me on PC/Steam. Still trying to find a temporary solution.

Same issue on Xbox. I'm stuck behind the same train and can't move..... Need a fix to this ASAP as it is probably in the core of the software as it seems to exist on all platforms.

 

They just replied my ticket:

We want to let you know that this is a known issue, and our team is actively working on a fix. It seems this change is an unintentional result of last week's update, but an investigation is already underway thanks to player feedback. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience as we address it."

Todays (07/23/24) update did not fix the bug.

 

It's really bad. Always fearing a bug and/or waiting if the situation is part of the scenario. Misery.

 

Today (08/05/2024) they released an update that would supposedly fix the International Rescue scenario bug. But9, at least for me, the bug is not solved and I am still waiting for the train stopped on the very same platform.



Please, fix the bug or remove the achievement.

 

They said in the last patch that the fix will be published soon. Let’s hope it won’t take long

I'm playing at 2024/08/10, after the update, but I also have this stupid red light bug in this scenario. Does anyone have this working after the update? Do the devs know that this is not fixed?
