[resolved] Scotrail Class 158 Routes?

What routes can you drive the Scotrail class 158 on?

 

It has a timetable for Edinburgh - Glasgow, another in progress for Fife circle and 2 - 3 services on Cathcart

 

Any with free roam/scenario planner too. Very much looking forward to the FCL timetable

I spoke with DTG yesterday to give the green light for official QA testing and sign off to begin on the Fife Circle Sprinter timetable. We're still working with beta testers and feedback, but things are currently looking promising. Cant make any comment on release timescales as we're yet to hear if DTG find any concerns or what their release schedule is like.

 

this is amazing news, and thank you for sharing an update! The work you and your team did on the Edinburgh-Glasgow sprinter timetable was outstanding, so if you can do the same for Fife Circle it would make such a hugely positive difference to that route.

I've got to say in my opinion Skyhook are the most underrated studio that contribute to TSW, the work done on improving MML, the Cargo volume packs and the Sprinter timetables really are some of the best work done in game, and i'm really looking forward to seeing how you add some much needed life into Fife Circle!

 

Excellent news Adam. The 158 (and the VP185) are amongst the best UK traction we have in TSW. (Well that’s not big and blue with yellow ends.. ).

 

I've just bought the Fife Circle line, I think, is it the one that goes to Leven?

Thanks for the question. I've had another catch up with DTG and they have confirmed these things are working their way through the release system. So far everything is looking good, but there is still no solid news on a release date. I would imagine this information will appear in a RoadMap update from DTG.

 

Hi Adam don't mean to annoy person just generally care about this for fife to drive hst in timetable plus drive the stunning 158 for leven branch in timetable aswell so I know nothing to do with since in dtg hands but anything at all about it?

Thanks for the question. We understand the feeling. Unfortunately it is just a waiting game. DTG has lots of projects to manage across lots of platforms and we must work with the schedule being managed. We even have multiple patches for multiple packs working through the system as well. We want it released as much as anyone.

 

Thanks for keeping us updated Adam, no one from DTG seems bothered. This is an incredibly frustrating wait for someone to press a button and send it out especially since you guys finished it at least two months ago!

 

Come on DTG, get your finger out and get this released !
