Hello everyone,

We wanted to share a pinned thread to discuss the TSW6 entitlement status across all our supported platforms that we're seeing reported from players, so that we can help refer and inform you of any progress.

All Platforms

• [Resolved] Free Starter Pack Upgrade Links - The Free Starter Pack upgrade links for TSW 6 bundles now link to the correct store page, and the pricing should also be correct.

Xbox

• [Resolved] Entitlements Not Appearing - Everything is live, and all stores should have had time to update.
• [Resolved] Xbox Game Pass Entitlements - Microsoft have confirmed that TSW 6 entitlements will not be available for players who have not purchased the content, such as those playing through Xbox Game Pass.
• [Resolved] BR 194 & E94 Missing - All regions should now have the entitlement.
• Frankfurt S-Bahn - No Xbox One Build. Under investigation.

Xbox/Epic

• [Resolved] MBTA HSP-46 Add-on Not Appearing - Our teams are working to fix a missing entitlement for players who purchased the TSW6 Special Edition bundle or MBTA Commuter.

Epic Games

• [Resolved] TSW2 Entitlements (for Free Game upgrades) - Players who acquired TSW2 for free during the Free Game Program can now download their add-ons from the phase 1 releases. Please check TSW6 FAQ for details.
• [Resolved] LIRR Commuter Add-on Downloaded but not in-game - The add-on is now available
  
• [Resolved] Southeastern High Speed Missing in-game - The add-on is now available
• [Resolved] West Somerset Railway Missing in-game - The add-on is now available
• [Resolved] TSW 6 Railpool BR 193 Vectron Missing - The add-on is now available
• [Resolved] TSW 6 Spirit of Steam Missing - The add-on is now available

Hi folks, our teams are continuing to support Xbox entitlements and help prevent issues where they are not showing up. We're doing our best to make sure you're able to get your content in TSW6 as soon as possible.

For anyone who is seeing store pages prompt re-purchasing owned TSW add-ons, we'd like to ask that you directly search for your Add-ons via the Microsoft Store, instead of using the in-game store (as this may be experiencing issues currently).
