Steam [resolved] Tsw5 Menu Flicker

Hi all,
I'm experiencing a really weird issue with a major (migraine inducing) screen flicker. This is whilst the game loads or whilst you're driving a route. If you look really closely you can see it's actually the pause menu flickering at a really high frequency and is very very slightly translucent (as in, unless you look very closely it more just looks like a vague flicker of the game play, if you really focus, you can see the wording of the pause menu). I've tried the standard stuff like updating graphics drivers (though I can't see how this would make a difference as it's clearly a game issue) - and this didn't work.

Anyone any ideas on a fix?

Edit: I've taken a video on my phone and uploaded a screen grab from it. Due to file size limits, I couldnt upload the video. If you look at this still, you can see a faint square against the roof. Looking even closer, you can very faintly see the "resume" icon. This is what I mean. It flashes continuously at differening levels of transparency, right in the centre of the screen - it doesn't matter where I'm looking in game (it just shows up best against the roof texture on the 87), as it also does this on loading screens, main menu, etc.
