Steam [resolved] Tsw6 Pre-order Special Edition Tsw5 Compatibility

Hey all, just wanted to ask if this is intended or not.

I just bought the pre-order for the TSW6 Special Edition.
Out of everything in the bundle I only had Spoorlijn Zwolle - Groningen (still a little disappointed there were no new Dutch announcements so far, but still very happy overall) and so I figured that for just € 30 over the regular Deluxe it's a great deal.
However, non of the routes (Semmeringbahn, Boston-Worcester, Ludwigsbahn, Cardiff City) are tagged as "owned" for me on the TSW5 versions, whereas Spoorlijn Zwolle - Groningen's TSW6 was labeled as "Already owned" before buying.

Is this a bug? Do I only get acces to the TSW5 versions of these routes after the TSW6 release date?

 

DTG-Chris, I also have a question about the Special Edition.

Do all the routes included in the Special Edition also feature train announcements?
So does that mean the Semmering Railway, Ludwigsbahn, Zwolle - Groningen, etc. also feature train announcements?
