At the end of a journey service you get these options shown on screen. I always like to clear services via the journey mode, but not necessarily in the correct order, for example the mastery for the Dutch route wants me to do 2 scenarios before I can see the requirements for tier 2, therefore I want to get those done early on, but I want to do them via the journey menu because otherwise they won't show as completed on the journey. Because of this I spend a lot of time having to click Main Menu, then clicking through all the menus to get back to the journey. As there is clearly room for another button I would love to see 'Return to Chapter Selection' as an option, which would take me back to the chapter screen of the journey I am currently playing. This would be especially useful when you've just done a training module via the journey mode, as the 'last played' route on the main menu switches to the training centre, so you have to scroll down through all the routes again to get the one you want, when 100% of the time you want to keep playing the journey for the actual route.
If you're on PC, there is an ini edit that will allow you to do any journey in any order, if that is what you're looking to do. If this is all you want, then here ya go.
